With a career spanning over a decade in the sports industry, Max has also contributed to renowned teams such as the Red Sox, Phillies, and Mets.His focus has primarily revolved around enhancing fan services and spearheading community initiatives.

Addditionally, Max holds an Advanced Certificate in Sport Management from the University of Delaware. Dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Mike Boone  (Chancellor of Soul)  is a music historian and storyteller from Harlem, New York, dedicated to the

historical preservation of R&B/Soul/ Pop's legendary music artists and their outstanding contributions in the

entertainment industry otherwise classified as unsung or unremembered.  Founder, creator. writer, producer and voiceover of YouTube.com music presentation of 'Soul Facts', a show highlighting the history and music of legendary artists and preserving their legacies.   Mr. Boone co-hosted Soul-Patrol Net's number 1 radio show "Talkin Soul w/Songs" and commissioned as a club reporter for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  He has also appeared in major film, "Malcolm X," and he was also featured in three documentaries, "Fat Boy: The Billy Stewart Story" (2021), Questlove's Oscar winning film "The Summer of Soul" (2022), and "The Carol Doda Story" (2023).

Michael Parks is driven by his passion and beliefs.  Being the co-founder of the TBH Network, he has helped build TBH from the ground up.  As an entrepreneur with over 30 years experience of establishing and running successful businesses, Michael  knows firsthand how important it is to have a strong work ethic and unique vision, and he instill those values in every member of our team. Additionally, his experience as a coach and business manager of WTA top 50 ranked player, Alycia Parks, taught him how to find opportunities, create winning strategies, and work towards achieving a common goal. 

 David M. Matthews, an Emmy award-winning composer/writer/director, has worked on such shows as The Young and the Restless, Dangerous Women, Mad About You, The Nanny, Cybill, Living Single, For Your Love, Half & Half, When Actors Need Money, and The Soul Man. He also did the rewrite on the screenplay for his feature film directorial debut, the indie thriller, N-Secure, and is the author of the relationship advice book, Every Man Sees You Naked: An Insiders Guide to How Men Think. Because of the popularity of his book, David has become a frequent contributor to online dating advice columns, leading to publication on Huff Post, YourTango, Fabulously40, and numerous other relationship websites.

A longtime resident of Los Angeles, David wrote and directed the uplifting comedy feature, Ernesto’s Manifesto, and is currently in development on several film and television projects as he finishes work on his first feature-length documentary. He also signed on as Executive Producer of the first-ever, live-action film of the celebrated comic book franchise, T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents.

Mikayla Parks serves as the Director of Sports Production.  She is responsible for the coordination and execution of live sports broadcasts.  Mikayla was a former professional tennis player before deciding to follow passion of becoming a business owner.  Mikayla's entrepreneurial  spirit  lead her to establish and run a successful tennis academy, Prime One Tennis,  as well as run her own clothing line, Alycia Mikay.  In addition to her thriving business ventures, Mikayla also has a degree in business.
